Well deserved. Gives the young man good leverage moving forward.

He should decline just off the disrespect but I understand having the accolade is important.

Does anybody still think we should cut him?

Agnew would have been 1st team all-pro last year had he not gotten hurt. I think it's awesome that he made the probowl!! Gotta start somewhere, hopefully next season we'll have a bunch of guys voted in
Championship Formula:

1) Draft Trevor Lawrence!
2) Play good physical Defense!
3) Keep 91% of the roster healthy!
4) ???
5) Blank #2
6) CHAMPIONSHIP!!!

Well deserved imo.
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Is Lawrence also going to get to go? Mahomes won't play because injury and Super Bowl and supposedly Tua who is also out. So Lamar is also out even if he set to be next and Herbert just had surgery if was also an alternate. Or will they just have 2 AFC QB's?

EDIT: Nevermind, apparently it will be Tyler Huntley.

Depends on what the money could be otherwise used for.

Agnew is now a 1xAll Pro and a 1xPro Bowl. It’s crazy he wasn’t selected for the Pro Bowl in 2017 yet he was selected as an All Pro.

He probably would have made a Pro Bowl in 2021 if he wouldn’t have got hurt.

If there was ever a player other than Freddy T and maybe a guy like Daryl Smith that deserved a pro bowl, it’s gotta be Swagnew. He’s made some big time plays for the Jaguars in the past 2 seasons including the 109 yard TD which is the longest in NFL history (longest in Jacksonville’s history of course). He can catch it, run it, return it. Not bad for a guy who played CB in college who also set a school record for passes defended.

As a Jaguars fan since the beginning, other than Engram, Agnew is my number 1 priority. He’s worth his weight in spades because he offers versatility, speed, quickness, return specialist, step in and start as a receiver if our starters go down.

I don’t know how many times he touched the ball this year but he found a way to gain 1,025 yards.

Agnew is also the only player in Jaguars history to score a rushing TD, receiving TD, kickoff return TD, and score a 2 point conversion.

After he does that he can decline any monetary incentives that he may have built into his contract and then boycott the NFL for the next 2 years.

Imagine the TV revenues the NFL would suffer if Agnew declines the Pro Bowl and then boycotts the NFL.  It would be a publicity and ratings nightmare for the NFL.

It'll be so fun to watch him run drills and glorified practice! Tongue

Pro Bowl Player. Definitely going to look good on his LinkedIn page when he quits doing this silly hobby of his and seeks a full time job in the corporate workforce.
