The Panthers want an interview with our Passing Game Coordinator, Jim Bob Cooter for their Offensive Coordinator position. I liked the Cooter hiring when we made it and he has done a great job here, helping Trevor rise from the ashes of his rookie season to lead us to the playoffs and make his first Pro Bowl. I know it's part of the game to eventually lose your best position coaches to other teams, but I am hoping we have more time with Jim Bob. Hopefully, the Panthers find someone else for the position.
