What were some of your personal favorite Jaguar performances?

First one is Fred Taylor and MJD running against air (the Colts defense) back in I wanna say 2005 or 2006, can't remember the exact date. This was very early in my fandom, I did not realize at the time how insane this performance was but I was aware of how hard it was to beat Peyton Manning and the Colts back then and it'll always be a good memory for me.
And ofcourse Garrards insane Hail-Marry TD to Mike Thomas. This is probably the craziest thing I've seen live at a game, and I was seated in the corner of the endzone where it happened, and the eruption of the crowd blew my eardrums out, it was an insane moment and easily the loudest moment i've been apart of at the stadium.

This one, the 62-7 drubbing of the Fins in the 99 -2000 playoffs, and the 96 Morten Andersen miss that got us into the playoffs in our 2nd year.

Offensively:
The entire 2017 play-off win over the Pittsburgh Steelers

Defensively:
The entire effort made in 2004 against the Packers on the road. I think this is the infamous DD hit on Ferguson game but I also recall Mathis picking off Favre twice. I think at least once in the endzone.

The 9-0 win against the Steelers was awesome.  I was a 25 year season ticket holder and that was one of the loudest games I’ve heard.

The Blackmon 236 yard game against the Texans was so much fun. Still stings watching his highlights knowing he was talented enough to be one of our best players of all time.

Yeah. He was really physical, fast and attacked the football. I just rewatched his NFL career highlights from 2012. Pretty damn good, we were in some of those games too when he made those plays, not all of it was garbage time.

I actually ran into Scobee in town and told him my eyes were closed when he kicked the 59 yards fg vs the Colts. He said me too lol. That moment and the San Angeles come back playoff game are my faves.

Along with what people have already  been saying, I’ll add week 10 of the 2015 season. It was the first Jaguars win I had ever seen in person, and had been the only one I had ever seen until the WC comeback last season. It was also the first road win for Bortles fwiw. The Elvis Dumervil face mask penalty and then the untimed down for the field goal made for an interesting finish.

That musta been one wild night to actually be at the stadium. Imagine the people who left at halftime because of the score, then they realized we won lol.

This right here. IIRC, it was MNF, so national broadcast, too.

Dec 20, 2020 --- Jags  40-14 loss to the Ravens on the same day that the Jets pulled off a major upset versus the Rams which gave the Jags the #1 pick in the 2021 draft.  It was on this day that the Jags moved into the #1 draft position for the 2021 Trevor Sweepstakes.   Nothing against Zach Wilson, as both have had very successful careers thus far but I just prefer Trevor in the long run.

My favorite whole game that a Jaguar has put together was Boselli vs Bruce Smith, 1996 playoffs. Earned him the Boselli burger. No other Jag in the hall of fame, no other Jag with fast food named after them.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.

.... and to think, I was a little excited when the Jags traded up, just ahead of the Texans, to draft Gabbert.  The Texans, who also needed a QB got stuck with some dude named JJ Watt.

I was there the entire game. It was amazing, of course. I was also with a buddy who is a Denver Broncos fan. He did leave at halftime. Made best friends with a couple of guys next to me for the next like 2 hours, won the game, and then hit the town.

I was excited too.  Ready to give up on being a football fan and telling my buddy to turn it off.

On the hallowed ground where the Immaculate Reception occurred, Fred Taylor crushed and destroyed a fan base.

https://www.bigcatcountry.com/2019/7/19/...h-steelers

Like a boss
Fred Taylor, then a third-year veteran, used this mid-November Sunday Night Football game to turn in perhaps the most memorable performance of his 12-year career in a 34-24 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Taylor, in the middle of a remarkable nine-game stretch in which he rushed for more than 100 yards in every game, rushed for 234 yards and three touchdowns on 30 carries — setting a record for yards in a game against the Steelers and the most yards ever by an opponent in Three Rivers Stadium ... It was Taylor’s fifth consecutive 100-yard game; he finished the season with 1,399 yards and 12 touchdowns on 292 carries in 13 games.

Also Including Mark Brunell's comments about why Fred is a Hall of Famer

“[Fred Taylor] was amazing. I don’t think there was anything he didn’t have. I don’t think people realize how tough he was, how physical he was. He was a tackle-to-tackle guy, a downhill physical guy … but he had that ability … gone. He could run through somebody and he could make somebody miss. He could catch. He was smart at protections. From my perspective, there was nothing he couldn’t do. He was just a kid out there playing. He had the respect of his teammates. He wasn’t a big talker. He worked hard. What I loved about Fred was that sucker could spend all week in the training room with ice and all this stuff and (snaps fingers) … there he is on Sunday. He would take a beating and go out there and compete. I wish I had appreciated Fred more when I was playing with him. He was so reliable and so damned good. To me, he’s a Hall of Famer.”

Could not agree more. That guy was amazing when you consider the Tank Black stuff could have made him bitter as well.
