They didn't have the same wealth of material to draw from for this one as the others thus far, but it was still great.

I've said it before, but it bears repeating:
Baalke and Pederson talked a LOT about building a culture and I wrote most of that off as coach speak, but they had a real plan and totally executed it.
Impressive.
So many staffs preach it, but they actually did it.

To see where they truly stand w/this culture build, they should summon Richie Incognito out of retirement to push Bartsch and Fortner. 

His contract could stipulate that he assigns mean nicknames and bullies underachievers -- gauge how long it takes for the team captains to give him a brown swirly.

If Urban Meyer was here still I wouldn't even be surprised if this actually happened.
