It's not that unusual for the FBI to help out local law enforcement. So far the only information available is from the family who are understandably upset.

That's what comes up in every search. Remains to be seen if they screwed up on this one or not. All the article has is a family member saying "you couldn't see anything for the smoke/gas" followed by "you could see he wasn't armed" Which is it? |
