And the Jags have added some awesome players since the playoffs.
We're a different team, KC is in our house, and we have a shot!

We'll see. If not, we know Strange is willing to pick-up his teammates escort them into the endzone. LOL. I think that's an underrated moment. A rookie helping a rookie in a game where they both had rookie moments. That's a testament to coaching.

I would love to see both of them have a big game out of everybody. Just to scare the hell out of the rest of the NFL. Imagine getting 50 yards a piece out of the two of them with a pair of TD's against the Chiefs. We can just let the veterans relax this week against the Superbowl defending champions.

No big deal.
Yea he did that after he missed his block on the guy hitting Tank.  He also missed or was confused who to block on that 4 & 1

When you keep as many rookies as we have and are relying on them playing significant time right away, [BLEEP] like that is bound to happen especially early in the season. Hopefully we can avoid any major rookie mistakes this weekend.

I hate looking at any game on a schedule as a guaranteed win. The colts game reenforced that feeling. This is the NFL any team can beat you no matter what.

I hope we win, in order to be considered a good team we need to first handle the teams we "should" win, but we need to win the games we "shouldn't" win. I think KC will be out to prove last week was a fluke, I want this game to either be the Jags beat the Chiefs down hard, or at the very least a high scoring very close game. If we get beat down I don't want to hear anyone talking about how we are better than anyone.

my brother is a chiefs fan, so we need this win so i can take over the household for having the better team. outside of that Trevor was fantastic on ball placement when he had time. hope the Oline will play better we need them to be middle tier in order to be very good.

Yes, the o-line needs to show up this week.

Hmm, this week and the off season seem to take forever. Anyone else feel that way? Amazing how having a competitive team makes that happen.

To be fair, there are probably a few reffing crews that the Jags are 0-5 under.

I hope we learn from the Bengals and how they play the Chiefs. You either have to rush really well like Tampa in the Super Bowl, or cover really well like the Bengals do when they play each other, only rushing 2 or 3 players and taking everything else (including the checkdowns) away. Biggest case and point, but showed up for the first time I've seen in Doug's tenure is we can't beat ourselves and that almost happened in Indy.

I really hope the league overreacts to Thursday's game and puts the bug in the zebras' ears this weekend to crack down on things. If it disrupts his game, all the better for us.

They know if they allow TL to not be pressured we win easy.  Also after missing a game check Chris decided to sign a one year deal.  Neither side wanted to begin the season 0-2.  I think we win this week.

an extra 6 mil potentially is certainly enough money to buy a new pen to sign that contract.

Frankly, if they didn't pay him and started 0-2, he might have been able to ask for more.

Have to find a way to block Jones and Allen and Walker have to win their matchups against Taylor and Smith

Yeah, despite all the warranted criticism from week 1, I think Toney (when healthy) is the best they have at WR and will bounce back. I just hope he's got another game worth of rust still to shake off.

Yeah, a nice case of the yips for Toney would be fine by me Wink

Even if Kelce plays, there could be a distraction.

Can't wait to hear Swift's next song about how her heart was broken:

"He used to be the Chief of muh heart until he became just another arrow to my head"
"We used to run and catch on weeknights but now he's covering other spreads"

Some [BLEEP] like that. I should text her now. Get a head start on royalties and credits.

Start talking trash about Taylor Swift during the game to get into his head.

Looks like his knee isn't the only thing that's hyper-extended.
