Message for coaches and Trevir

Short and sweet...Coaches how about doing a better job getting the players up for a game.  They came out looking half dead with no care in the world.  More energy and motivation is required.  Trevor, I'm starting to feel that getting Ripley was not a good idea.  Yes, he is good but he is not the only receiver on the field.  You are beginning to  look to him as the only receiver on the field.

Even shorter and sweeter: The players get their motivation from money. This ain’t college.

Ridley was only targeted 7 times against the Texans.  He was only targeted 8 times vs the Chiefs.

Kirk was targeted 6 times versus the Texans and 14 times vs the Chiefs.   This idea that Trevor is only throwing to Ridley is false.

Facts! Engram was targeted 8 times against Houston. We seen 1 game Ridley was the main target and majority are pointing blame that its his fault. It was the very first game... every game after has been more targets for someone else.

One motivation for Trevor, is he does not want to end up in a situation like Justin Fields, or worse, Zach Wilson’s.

I think those two will be damaged goods by mid-season

Hell, our entire organization can’t afford Trevor to develop some kind of mental block that stays with him forever

Uh, it's Brandon Lephwish.  Some of you band wagon fans need a history lesson on this team.
