Gonna be hard to have a good darft or two missing next year's #1 (or thereabouts) pick and another early second in 2025, assuming the team stagnates next year.

Until the owner gets out of the way, they are going to have bad darfts, bad hires, and bad outlook. The division could be theirs for the taking, but they have already put a few bullets in their own foot and are reloading the magazine.
