I don't know man. Hays is making similar points now on the radio. Baalke coming out 3 weeks after Doug to do a press conference shows a lack of unity to some extent.

He also deflected when it came to accountability questions in general. Essentially saying the coaches have to develop the guys he selected, etc.

There's now growing concerns with Allen's camp, etc. Just seems like this team is not communicating effectively. I think Hays made another good point.

The offense turned the ball over 8 more times in 2023 Vs. 2022 and they were down roughly 2 points ppg on average as an offense.

This is an important off season for all involved. I think we should be looking at it a little more intently.
