Want a new coaching staff… but not quite there yet

I don’t know about you guys…. But I am almost to the point where I really want a new more up to date offensive coach \ head coach to lead us.
Someone who understands how to scheme our best players the ball using formations, motions, and tendencies. I personally want to give Doug every chance to get this done. But from where I am looking our offense is about 10 years behind schedule for today’s football. I want someone from the mcvay, Shannahan coaching tree, or even the OC from Detroit to take a stab at leading this o. Because right now although we may not be stacked, I know we are better than what we are showing.. and we can’t find a way to scheme our best players open and we settle for targeting our 2nd TE for the majority of the game because it is part of the original scheme. Once again it took us until 2:00 in the 3rd quarter to target Brian Thomas in this game.. no awareness of who and how to push the ball to our best players. Just look at the saints. The pre snap motion , the routes, everything about it is so damn good. Look at ours, just a dinosaur. A dead dinosaur.
