A few things that need to be adjusted here.

1. Playcalling near the end of the games:

When you have a lead. You have the ball with around 4 minutes on the clock. RUN. THE. BALL. Why do 3 consecutive passes? This isn't the first time this has happened. Stop doing that. This could have ended very ugly if the Colts had found a way to finish.

2. Pass defense

It's very messy. Players are getting open on them. Too many yards given up. Buster is playing well. Darby has struggled a bit. And Tyson is missed. The pass defense from the safeties have been disappointing. Cisco has taken a step back and Johnson needs more play time. I see a little improvement in his tackling. I can see Dewey getting more involved when he returns. And they still have Gipson if they decide to go that direction too. I hope Ryan can figure out something for this defense. A Packers player has an interception in 5 straight games so far. This team has yet to get a single one.

Other than that, a win is a win!! Keep the throwbacks for good luck!

Yea but we can't run the ball we'll when the other team expects it.

Your point is valid tho the offense hasn't finished all year when they could just run the clock out.

Passing defense has been horrible.

I saw Doug holding the playsheet at some points. Do we know who is calling the offensive plays?

Johnson needs to be on the bench. We miss Wingard. Full damn stop.

I say baloney on this. At that stage in the game big gains are not the goal. Eating the clock is. You run a few plays to drain the clock and get a few yards each time, you're either forcing them to start using times out or at least leaving them with less clock to play with should the drive sputter.

run for minimal gain, incomplete, left you with 3rd and long anyway, but you just stopped the clock unnecessarily. Even if the run game is hot buttered backside, keep that clock rolling. A second handoff for no gain leaves you in the same 3rd down scenario, but 30-35 seconds end up rolling off the clock.

Probably Tony K. Doug and Press have a sheet just to be sure he's not calling AEW moves

That's not a play sheet brother. He uses that to order burgers and ice cream for the staff and team with that sheet. It's basically a combination of Bubba Burger's and Dairy Queen.

Press is calling the plays.

If it continues, both him and Cisco will need to be benched. Cisco has been taking horrible angles and gave up huge yards and TDs. And this was happening since the opening game against the Dolphins.

Wait, Doug is feeding the team bubba burgers? No wonder he's lost the locker room.
