Wonder how much a one-armed Kirk will yield.

That’s why it’s a pipe dream but hey. You never know.

The Kirk play was a double L. Fits right in with because jaguars. He held the most value on this team to trade, and it's gone.

Also, nothing on the list happens until Khan hires someone to help him. Even though he has had ample time to learn what it takes to find the right avenues to employ the right people to head your team , he's incapable. He is incapable of tearing it all down, so we can only hope he finds someone to help him OR Baalke stays.

Number 4 is the key. Front office and coaches need to go. And we need to build a shared identity starting from GM (or EVP) all the way down to the janitor. Everyone must share the same vision and identity this team is to be built around. It has to be the core of the organization.

And preferably it would a team that is very physical on both lines of scrimmage. No more soft athletic olineman. You have to be physical up front and you have to be able to run the ball when you need to.

Jags need a good offensive coordinator and a good defense coordinator. Jags need a good gm. Jags need good defensive backs. These are the keys to next season

Back up the Brinks truck for the Lions OC and anyone else on their staff that we can poach.

But his playcalling/playdesign/etc is flawless and thats what we need here in Jax. Could be the savior that TLaw needs to finally jump-start his career in the right direction.

Exactly this.

It's not the players, it's the culture, it's the lazy coaching.  It's the dinosaur HC that can't inspire his team.

Baalke has to go because of his reputation.  But let's not pretend that this Jaguar team isn't talented.  They are.  The talent on this team is not a 2-6 team.  But we have dead weight in the coaching staff that is not doing their job to coach up the talent.  And on Sundays, this coaching staff looks absolutely pathetic compared to the coaching we go up against.

Mike Borgonzi for GM and Ben Johnson for HC

Yep. Needs to be either Ben Johnson and Ray Agnew or Bobby Slowik and James Liipfert.

Defensively I wouldn't mind seeing this staff pursue somebody like Jim Leonhard. Was a good defensive coach and interim head coach at Wisconsin. Is now coaching the secondary in Denver under Sean Payton.

If not him, maybe go after Jim Knowles out of Ohio St. or Phil Parker out of Iowa.

I'm just glad everyone realized that Doug has to go. That's the first step.

I really want the DC from the Lions. You pay that man. You pay that man and let him build his coaching staff.

I honestly like the idea of Boselli being the EVP. He knows the history of the Jaguars and he has passion for the city. We are honestly just a HC and front office away from being great for the next 10 years.

I think we all came to that conclusion from the very moment ETN fumbled at the goal line against the Dolphins.

Their entire faces were shell-shocked from the moment forwards - from Dougie down to the players.

I 100% agree with you. Johnson is a great offensive mind and he can bring Agnew with him as his GM or vice-versa.

Depends on what you mean by "we".  Many here were still thinking that the coaches were doing just fine...

This is absolutely on Dougie.  He's been coasting on his reputation for 2 seasons now.  I've been telling people for a year and a half that this wasn't working.  I've been vindicated.  This team is poorly coached.  It has been for 2 seasons now.

Baalke has made some bad choices.  But the team Baalke put together is not a 2-6 team.  This is a 2-6 team because of the lack of leadership and passion from the HC.
