different defense with wingard

#1

you heard it here first, when we get  Wingard back jags defense will look better then what it does now. It won't be great, but it will be a much better defense. Wingard is a better player then people think.

at least when he is in the game you will see a different defense, otherwise the d will be the same.  I know one person doesn't make a team, but wingard is one of our players on defense who can catch the ball.

Wingard will help the jags defense look  better cause hes  our leader really on D.

snowwolf titans owner in madden.

note titans owner means im undeafted againest them.

Is Wingard going to get another "It was always the Jags" moment by the end of the season?

Man I hope so.

Apparently he was in line to start by the end of camp and had an amazing offseason so we’ll see. His energy alone should be huge though.

If we can just please figure out how to prevent the deep pass we’d be in a lot better shape

It could make the difference. Lol I think Gibson coming back would be maybe just as interesting.

He might catch an int instead of drop it.

He wasn't even a starter before. He's on the team because he's good at special teams and a serviceable backup. Not really going to do much. "Help is not on the way"

Jags style would be to lose this game in OT
Or we produce one of the games of the year and blow out eagles by 17+ and then get 30+ put on us the following week

No Wolfie, I sincerely disagree that a back up player is the leader of our Defense. There's many of starters on the D that's waving ? to you about this post.

Dewey may get you a splash play once every three or four games - and he'll hype the sideline - but... let's get real. He's not going to elevate the safety positions' performance by any meaningful margin.

Could actually make it worse. If that's even possible.

I welcome any change at this point, but I don't believe there's any magic fix on the way for our secondary this season.

Wingard isnt great and will give up a pass play here and there but he also creates turnovers at times. The last few years he has been much better than what we have seen at either Safety spot this year and i don't ever see him out of position.

Flip side, you haven't seen him play in this scheme yet.

Good point. I'll make a prediction here. Our DC will scheme up ways to use Dewey that asks him to do all the things he is not real good at. Isn't that his MO ?

The Dewey fans will have to wait another week or two. He's inactive for today's game.
