The first college game of the year is this week (Cal v. Hawaii in Australia)
|
Not the best game but college football is back. Cal lost Jared Goff. But his replacement (Davis Webb) is pretty good and they have a lot of weapons on offense.
The international clash between the Golden Bears and Warriors will be the first FBS game of the season and it's being dubbed as the "College Football Sydney Cup." It'll be the first American football game in Australia since 1999, and the country's first college football game since 1987. The two teams will compete in ANZ Stadium, which was originally built for the 2000 Sydney Olympics. The game can be seen on Friday at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN. http://www.espn.com/college-football/sto...-australia
