Chargers introduct 'Ballot C Measure' for hotel tax

Typically this is something I would be ok with, but in San Diego it may be a different story. There's a recent PFT article about a local politican opposing the measure (if I could I would link it)...The team then ran an ad posting that politicans phone number and why he would want the Chargers to leave San Diego.
My issue with the tax is that it would be 12.5% to 16.5%. That is an insanely high amount. For a city that relies on tourism and conventions, that is going to scare a lot of people away. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! |
