Today's choice for me, I just went to FaceTime my son, whilst I'm at work....

Being on the Practice Field, working with the players, and all of a sudden that switch inside of them gets flipped. It doesn't happen all the time, but when they find a way to make the light come on themselves it makes all those hours of preparation and study and sweat and encouragement worth it.
