I like the part about wanting to play hard and keep Gus around. A lot of people may hate that idea, but I just feel like Gus has had to spend a large portion of his coaching career here rebuilding and learning how to he a head coach. But now it's more being able to coach and have the right supporting staff of players to properly execute it.


In the latest In the Trenches episode, he was talking to Marks and it was a genuine man to man conversation and he showed he cared. That's the good stuff.
