Quigley had a good one too.

He actually had 3 inside the 20.

It's nice to see a punt with some spin on it so your guys can actually down it inside of the 20 vs a punt that just keep bouncing towards the back of the end zone that Anger was so famous for.

Can't believe we got him and didn't even have to use a high pick!

Quigley kicked well also.

Totally agree.  It was nice having some anticipation of pinning a team deep.

I agree that Nortman looked very solid Thursday night. He was the lone bright spot on special teams.

LEONARD FOURNETTE FAN CLUB PRESIDENT. I WAS BEHIND HIM WHEN YOU ALL SAID HE WAS BRANDON JACOBS. QUIT HATING ON THE JAGUARS. GUS IS GONE. COUGHLIN HAS RESTORED ORDER. FOURNETTE IS FRED TAYLOR. DONT BELIEVE ME JUST WATCH.

Don't count out Quigley. He punted just as good. Considering we signed Nortman to a multi year deal, the job is his if they both continue to do this well tho.

Two 60 yard punts tonight. All air.

The punting has been great...yet the Bucs still have been returning it 10+ yards. Where is the coverage?

His punts were so strong the coverage didn't get to catch up to it.

The Jags/Bucs game shows why you don't have draft kickers/punters in the top 4 rounds.  Nortman has looked great and Bryan Anger mister 3rd round is now on the Bucs.  Aquayo has looked absolutely terrible and he was the 33 pick in the draft.

Nortman looks great, solid. Another upgrade to the team. Really makes the selection of Anger at 3 look even more foolish.

2nd round kicker, 3rd round punter. I am Tampa, and love crabs...

I am back guys! So let me start with the punting discussion here.

What does rad mean?

At first when I read the name Quigley I thought people were talking about the Jets game because he was a Jet last year. When and why did we sign him? We already had Brad Nortman on the roster.

People say the Buccaneers are improving this year. Obviously they are not thinking about the overdrafted special teams unit.
