Latest batch of emails show Clinton involved in pay-for-play scheme

#1

Emails released earlier this week reveal a not-so-shocking tidbit that the Clinton family is more than willing to sell influence and access to line their pockets.

Aide to Bill Clinton asked Mrs. Clinton’s assistants to set up meeting between State, foundation donor

WASHINGTON—A conservative watchdog group on Tuesday released 296 pages of emails from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s personal server, including many exchanges that weren’t handed over to the government as part of the Democratic nominee’s archive.

The new emails, released by the group Judicial Watch, offer fresh examples of how top Clinton Foundation officials sought access to the State Department during Mrs. Clinton’s tenure. The documents were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed by Judicial Watch against the State Department.

The quid pro quo activities between the State Department, the CF, and foreign entities being revealed on a daily basis now are ramping up lately. It is sad that this type of news is being essentially covered up by the MSM i.e. the Fourth Branch. The level of collusion is truly astounding. This coupled with the apparent murders of the DNC whistleblowers is truly terrifying. We may elect the single-most corrupt politician in history to lead this nation. She is a ruthless mob boss, plain and simple. I guess we get what we deserve.

Right.  A much bigger scandal is what Trump said today, or what some staffer did, right?  Those are real stories.  Legitimate pay-for-play scandals don't measure up to such horrors in the land of the liberal lemming.

Pay to play, huh? You mean like how trump pays politicians?

I think we have all agreed that money needs to be removed from politics.

But let's not act like Clinton is the only guilty party here. Trump has admitted several times that he pays off politicians. They are both corrupt here.

Probably would be a good idea to ratify an amendment, pass a law, or create other regulations to fix this issue, yes?

I agree that money is way too pervasive in politics, but what does that have to do with Trump? She is the one taking $49 million from hedge funds and another countless million from wall street, bankers, and foreign nations. This is Hillary's issue, not his. For the candidate who "claims" she wants to overturn citizens united, she sure looks like a total hypocrite.

Pure deflection.  This thread is about your girl, so I expect nothing less (I know, I know, you keep saying she's not your girl, but you sure do defend her an awful lot).

This thread has nothing to do with Trump.  It has to do with the moral bankruptcy of your girl, and her willingness to sell access and provide favors as long as it proves to be financially beneficial to the Clinton family syndicate.

Hillary dipped into her cash reserves to assure Bernie's brand of opportunistic socialism was well compensated.

Actually, corrupt AND incompetent vs. incompetent.

We can hope Trump surrounds himself with qualified, good people.  We know Clinton will simply build a cabinet based on political correctness, and of course, the biggest wallets.

The best part about this email release is that it's not Wikileaks, but Judicial Watch that has released these documents.  Wikileaks is sitting on 30,000 emails that potentially destroy Clinton's prospects.  Assange is going to release these emails at some point before the election.  Can't wait to see the libs defending whatever comes out of those.

I seem to recall reports of the DNC bracing for it.  They are running scared right now.

Fair enough, I see your point. I'm just calling out both parties.

And in my defense, you say you aren't a trumpette-- but you sure defend him a lot. And there are threads in which you deflect as well. Let's be fair.

As for this thread, she's done this to herself.

I heard a debate on this topic this morning before work, and it looks bad, but I'm not sure it's gonna elevate to criminal corruption.

I guess we'll see.
