Still strongly believe it's a pipe dream that Njoku lasts til the 2nd.

That is a good haul.

Based upon how his draft went, you could substitute Barnett or Howard for Allen and still have the same effect.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

No chance Njoku falls to round two.

Howard, Feeney, and then Rivers out of this mock would have me drooling. It's looking like there's a decent chance Rivers isn't making it to 35 now, however.

Would've like to see it without any trades.

I'm hearing good things about Reuben Foster.  Imagine how the defense would look....

Campbell, Jackson, Day Ngaokue/ Fowler

Telvin, Foster, Jack.

Ramsey, Bouye, Church Gipson

That's a stud defense.

I've barely heard of Rivers as a candidate for the first two rounds, but I do like his profile and can totally see teams taking him in the top 50. Taking him at #68 just might be a steal, although so would another available DL... and that is DT Chris Wormley. It's a testament to just how deep this draft is overall for defensive players that you might be able to find quality DLs like this early in round three.

After Charles Harris there's a bit of a drop off in pass rushers. I have the Falcons being desperate enough for a pass rusher that their reaching for Carl Lawson in round one.

This has me wondering how you'd compare Lawson to Rivers if you were looking to pick a DE at #31.

I don't know about moving Jack back outside. I was getting excited for him to take over the MLB spot.

Jeremy Fowler‏Verified account @JFowlerESPN

OLB Derek Rivers busy - at #Broncos #Steelers this wk, #Bills #Patriots #Saints next. Privates w/ Pats #Cowboys. Intriguing pass-rush option

First round talent

This is just one of the many examples I've seen lately. A lot of these 2nd half of the 1st round teams are lining up visits.

I like it...But, is Brian Hill significantly better than Yeldon and Ivory?  If we don't take a game changing RB like Fournette, Cook or McCaffrey in the 1st it doesn't make sense to draft one until after the 4th.  Give me more OL!  (Elflein/Pocic)

I don't know if he's really better than Yeldon/Ivory, but he sure is intriguing with some thoroughbred traits. For starters, he was extremely productive threatening D'onta Foreman for the rushing title. Then when you watch him you see that he's very elusive in the open able to cut/juke defenders to pick up extra yards. I have him edging out Foreman but mainly because I don't trust Foreman to not fumble. I also considered Hunt, but I like Hill over Hunt as well.

We may be able to wait until round four as someone like Gallman, Hood or Mack might be there, although you'd only be getting the one guy among them who fell because nobody else wanted him. Personally I like Tarik Cohen, but it's hard to know what round you'd have to get him in.

I'll definitely need to make a 3.0 mock at some point as I found a mistake. On the Bills I missed that I had them getting OJ Howard in round one and had them pick up Engram in round two as well. The Bills certainly don't need two TEs.

I'm wondering if they're thinking late round one.... or late round two?

I'm sure some are hoping late 2nd but I've been seeing him trending around the early 2nd round for a while now. That's why I said a few weeks ago my dream scenario was Howard, Rivers or Watt, then whichever guard in the 3rd. Both of those pass rushers rising ahead of 35 wouldn't surprise me.

If we got the board to fall that way, we would be laughing all the way to the bank with that haul of picks. It's possible though.

If we get Allen or Thomas--our defense.... it will rival the 1999 Jags defense, just filthy good.

Calling Deshawn Watson a future bust since 3/19/17. If I eat crow, I will keep this in here and proclaim JackCity a genius.
