Anton Yelchin, better known for his as Chekov in the new Star Trek movies, was killed when his car rolled down his steep driveway and struck him.


Poor kid, great actor.


Apparently Fiat/Chrysler is investigating the incident.

This is so tragic. A young man in his prime (and a good actor to boot) dead from bad luck/crap engineering/a brain fart- whichever applies. I really enjoyed his version of Chekhov. I imagine the movie studio will do an "In memory of..." for him at the end of Star Trek: Beyond.

One of the strangest deaths I can remember to a celebrity. He played his roll in Star Trek to perfection.

Wonder if has anything to do with the rotary shifter in the new dodges? There's been lots of problems with them.
