Brock Lesnar Calls Himself the "Modern-day Bo Jackson"

#1

How dumb is this guy? He's not even in the same ballpark, not the same locker room, not even in the same bathroom stall as Bo. What is he thinking. Complete idiot!

I don't know man, a guy his size should not be able to do the things he does.  Shooting star press.  Guy is a freak of athletic nature just not in the way Bo jackson was.

Go Jags!
*To stay up for atleast 2 years 3/6/17
2016 draft players I think will be good
  • On the Fournette train, will be best back of his class 3/6/17
  • Lattimore please,  Lockdowns on both sides would be nice
  • Engram at TE and the MJD clone Samaje Perine

He's a freak of nature as far as raw size and strength. I wouldn't compare him to someone like Bo Jackson though. Two completely different styles. Two completely different athletes.

Bo was a different level athlete.

Brock is a freak in his own right though.

Playing baseball and football is on a different level than WWF and MMA.  He was a wrestler by trade and they are some of the best mma fighters.  It was only a natural progression.

To even give yourself that kind of credit is a bit crazy...especially considering I've watched him cower in a corner of the octagon while he was getting smashed.

Didn't he get his butt handed to him in UFC?

3 times. He is no where near the athlete Bo was. Being an athlete has a lot more to do than just raw athletic ability.

NCAA wrestling champion, UFC champion and nearly walked onto an NFL roster with 0 football experience. And the only reason his UFC career ended was because he had a debilitating disease

He did have football experience. Bo Jackson dominated his sports at the high school, collegiate, and pro levels. He was a man amongst boys, even at the pro level. There has never been an athlete like him.

NCAA wrestling champion is the reason he was a UFC champion.  NCAA wrestlers have two choices after they are done and want to continue their athletic career....try to become one of the best in the world at the amateur level, or go into MMA.

Lesnar was the UFC champion in a weak weak weak division.  I mean Randy Couture was pushing 50 (if he wasn't already there), weighed 215 pounds and he was the heavyweight champion.  He's a UFC legend, but he was over matched in his last years.

The "easy" match for Brock at UFC 200 isn't so easy.  Brock is going to get knocked out....cold.

Bo Jackson was a freak in baseball even after he shattered his hip.

He's closer to a modern day Bonds or A-Rod

Easy guys, maybe he means he has a degenerative hip.
