Saints are that high? Wut

Reply

They were 7-9 last year after a horrendous start to the season. More weapons for Brees and a completely new defense. May suprise some people. Also a pretty easy season. I coud see 9-7 10-6.

As long as they have brees playing top notch, they are always a threat.

No, they're terrible with him playing. It doesn't matter.

Huh? Didnt he obliterate us on 1 foot? go toe to toe twice with the Panthers? If Brees is there they will win games especially at home.

Brees also missed a game with a torn up shoulder. Talking 8-8 at the very least next year.

Yep. Their dline should be really good. Cam Jordan put up 10 sacks without much help, now hes got fairley and rankins blowing up the middle. Their LBs are still really bad and their secondary isnt good but not the worst thing ever either. If the pass rush is as good as it looks then it will take tons of pressure off the back end and Drew can make up the difference.

We were trash on defense, we were also gutted by Matt Hasselbeck. Panthers are divisional opponents and they know them well, it doesn't surprise me that they almost beat them. Brees isn't getting any younger, and that defense is still putrid.

Why does it matter Brees is getting older. Dude has been throwing for 5000 for the past half decade and 30 tds for the entire decade. He isnt "falling off" The defense will be better and gain help from a ferocious home crowd. Look at the teams. Its like top 10 and then they kinda are bad in general. All the defense has to be is below average not even average.

1.) Jacksonville Jaguars - What I'm a homer, what did you really expect in the offseason?

2.) Arizona Cardinals - They probably will make it to the Super Bowl against Jaguars only to lose.

3.) Oakland Raiders- Jack Del Rio makes his best run as HC.

4.) Kansas City Chiefs - Andy Reid is a great coach.

5.) New England Patriots - 4 games without Brady will hurt the team bad at the start.

6.) Green Bay Packers- The team should have less mishaps this season.

7.) Cincinnati Bengals - They always make the playoffs at least.

8.) Minnesota Vikings - The German WR Moritz might be the reason they win more with a healthy AP.

9.) Denver Broncos - Great defense but no Peyton Manning.

10.) Seattle SeaHawks - No Skittles offense is hungry but having to give away lunch money.

11.) Dallas Cowboys- Elliott loves the Cowboys Oline and might get Dez open more.

12.) Washington Redskins - The owner will find a way to get more involved when they win.

13.) Buffalo Bills - Rex Ryan was smart to get Ed Reed as a position coach.

14.) NY Jets - Might be better but need a QB

15.) TB Bucs- Winston will improve.

16.) Carolina Panthers - How quickly this team will decline.

17.) Pittsburgh Steelers - On the decline despite the great offense.

18.) Houston Texans - Brock aint the answer.

19.) Tenn Titans - The team continues to improve but needs another draft.

20.) Atlanta Falcons - Why not

21.) Philadelphia Eagles - When does the rookie start?

22.) L.A. Rams - Pressure to win in new city

23.) Chicago Bears - How sad they have been in the last decade.

24.) Miami Dolphins - Not buying the new HC either.

25.) NO Saints- Drew ready to retire?

26.) Baltimore Ravens - Is the HC on the hot seat after this year?

27.) San Diego Chargers- Is Bosa the next JJ Watt?

28.) Cleveland Browns - RG3 isnt horrible, but team has problems.

29.) NY Giants - Did they really fire Coughlin, wow.

30.) SanFran 49ers - Chip Kelly stinks along with 49ers.

31.) Detroit Lions- Without megatron, boring...

32.) Indianapolis Colts- I see them as having worst season ever.

Why on earth should Drew Brees retire? He has no intention of retiring and about to get an extension.
