Fournette will not come to Jax.   Can sugar coat a zillion threads and at end of day.   He chose to skip his own bowl game.   So you don't think Tom or Dave will have inside head.   What do we do if he choses to sit out during playoffs or superbowl?

To keep his padded stats.

He gave up on his team.  Tom preaches Team.  Yet drafts the guy who gave up on his?  During most important game?   "Drops Mic"

Why would he sit out the playoffs or Superbowl?

Why would you sit out for your final bowl game?   Where the LSU fans happy with this?   Where his other team mates?   In my opinion his coach did not have that right to make that call.  Nor did he.

With Tom preaching toughness and winning.   You draft a guy who sat out due to injury or because chose too?   That makes sense how?   What kind of message does that give to the rest of the locker room?

Players get pretty good bonuses for playoff games and the super bowl...he wouldn't sit out.

Sooooo... He dropped from being a top 10 pick to the 2nd round, missed his rookie year and has permanent nerve damage. All because he played a meaningless bowl game.

He said it was his coaches decision not his. He also had an ankle injury. This won't factor into Coughlin's draft decision at all.

Meaningless bowl. Game. Says you.

This is nice and dandy. But winning. Is what it is all about. Jaylon Smith quit on his team when carted. Off the field with nerve. Damage. Did not want him in team.
