Jags Decline Fifth Year Option On Joeckel

In a move that could spell the end for the maligned left tackle, the Jags decline the fifth year option on luke.
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000...ound-picks This gives him one final season to wow the Jaguar brass and get a contract extension. It would be nice to see him really break out and do so, but the likelihood of that is not great. Most likely, Luke is one more and done with the Jags.

To me that just means not living up to your draft position. After 3 seasons he's not anywhere near where he should be as the #2 overall pick in the draft |
