Why would anyone doubt it, I have much respect for GM Dave Caldwell after this draft.. he had patience to wait for Myles Jack but after Cowboys drafted smith he was like nope got to get him..

Caldwell has brass balls to let Jack sit as long as he did if he truly had him rated 4th on his board.

Dave did say the defense was easier to fix. Adding Jackson, Ramsey, Jack, Prince, Gipson, and a healthy Fowler, I see he was just being a cocky [BLEEP].

It'll be interesting to see if Gus manages to get out of the way of the team's success this year. There's certainly enough talent that playoffs need to be the expectation.
