I think the grapevine should continue to push the mantra that you never know what could happen a year or two down the road, at least until pick 38.

That would have been nice for teams to know in the first round. Jack also tweeted a clip of him dunking this morning. Clearly the kid wants to get drafted. Sad to see him slide due to the uncertainty of his knee. I'm just wondering if the Doc had an incentive to say that??? After all the other doctors that saw him that doctor says that today?? I hope it's true and I hope the Jags draft him, but I'm not buying it quite yet.

Our medical team was the only one who flagged Lawsons shoulder as far as I know. Perhaps we are looking at different things to others?

Maybe JJ Watt went up to Chicago and touched his knee and healed it.

This kid's knee has been way too much a part of my life the last 2 weeks.

This was from this morning:

Adam Schefter ‏@AdamSchefter

Bills DE Shaq Lawson said he doesn't need shoulder surgery. At least 6 teams said they believe he will need shoulder surgery at some point.

I imagine he said it today because Jack or his agent called him today and asked for a comment.

We might need a trade up to get him now, because someone is going to see that and think he's worth a try after all.

Both Lawson and Jack will require surgery someday; both surgeries are commonly pushed down the road until it becomes necessary.

From the NFLN crawl: Jack having bone and cartilage issues in right knee AND COULD NEED (emphasis added) additional surgery...

Tweet from Charlie Campbell (@DraftCampbell) - Per sources Myles Jack is in the running to be the #Jaguars 2nd-round pick, still weighing knee. So is Noah Spence. http://walterfootball.com/draft2016charlieredraft_2.php
