Miles Jack still does not make it to us. I cant see tincans Dallas and Baltimore all passing on Jack.

If this happens it would be best case scenario and I'd love it. I'd like to see Alex McAlister drafted in the 5th round too.

Ragland - doesn't he have an enlarged aorta? Could that be a problem?
Spence - failed drug tests. Pass. Maybe Dodd, from Clemson?
Quote:Before yesterday, did you even think he would be available in the 2nd round? Not at all. But no one expected him to be here day 2. On same token though. Look at dallas past drafts. They remind me of the old raiders. Been picking speed players.

If the draft fell Walter's way, then I say we drafted Myles Jack and then trade the farm to get Spence.
1) Ramsey 2a) Jack 2b) Spence *drooooool*
Quote:Before yesterday, did you even think he would be available in the 2nd round?I did, he's got a messed up knee.
I think we may pass on Jack again if he's there. Otherwise, why not trade up for him and take him already?
Quote:Ragland - doesn't he have an enlarged aorta? Could that be a problem? Ragland was mocked to the Packers, so he really has not dropped much yet because of that. The problem just needs to be monitored, so I don't think it will cause him to wait a long time. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today! Quote:Updated Rounds 2 & 3 MockI think I'd prefer the pass rusher first, but this would be a good consolation prize. However, it raised the question: If you had to trade away the 3rd and 4th round picks to go back up into the 2nd round to land both Spence and Jack, effectively costing us a C, would you do it? Worst to 1st. Curse Reversed!
Quote:I think I'd prefer the pass rusher first, but this would be a good consolation prize. In a heartbeat. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?"
LOL to think we could land Ramsey, Jack and Spence in the same draft. I do want an interior OLman though.

Quote:LOL to think we could land Ramsey, Jack and Spence in the same draft. I do want an interior OLman though.Man.... Now that would be insane...
Quote:I think I'd prefer the pass rusher first, but this would be a good consolation prize. Quote:In a heartbeat. I'm with Malabar... I think we have enough stop gaps to get by at Center. It wouldn't be ideal, but if we're talking about absolutely fixing our biggest hole (The defense) you go great guns to get it done. But I have a feeling Caldwell is more level headed than the rest of us. He's shown that he's not a knee jerker like Jeans Myth... The dude is a cool customer. He's gonna do what he's planned out to do. He's not gonna freak out and make an irrational decision under pressure. Caldwell is the man.
Quote:Ragland - doesn't he have an enlarged aorta? Could that be a problem? Highly, highly unlikely. |
