Let's take a look at our secondary now

CB1 Ramsey (feels good to say this)
FS Gipson SS Cyp CB2 House CB3 Colvin/Amukamura Gipson is a Pro Bowler, Ramsey could be an All-around he certainly has the tools. Cyp can hopefully improve with all this talent around him. And House can finally play his role as a solid CB2. Fowler at DE Jackson and Marks in the middle And we still have everybody's favorite game wrecker in Telvin Smith. Poz will still be top 10 in the league in tackles. We still got 6 more rounds to go. This team just got a heck of a lot better. We show less advertisements to registered users. Sample will be out Cyprien!

Sample has not proven that yet. And Cyp can hit. When he came in league reminded me of DD.

Quote:CB1 Ramsey (feels good to say this) Funny that you think Aaron Colvin (4 game suspension player) would ever start over Prince Amukamara! Prince is better hands down.
Hmm, I wonder if on passing situations we could go:
House Prince Colvin Gipson Ramsey Smith Cyp/Sample Fowler Malik Marks Skuta/Odrick

Education is the cheap defense of nations. - Edmund Burke

Or is it from Burke? I tried finding the source, and looked through some of his writings, no luck. Anybody with google-fu got a citation of the source?
It would depend on the Package / Rotation (a lot for the Line)
On 3rd and Long might be Dline LEO Fowler JR, NT Jackson, LE Odrick LB WOLB Telvin Smith, MLB Poz, leaving 6 DBs FS TaShaun Gipson SS Sample/Cyprien LCB House RCB Jalen Ramsey NcB Prince Amukamara Dcb Aaron Colvin We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
I mean he was drafted 5th overall so one assumes that they want to plug and play him right away but he also has to learn the playbook & beat out the others for a starting spot...
referring to Jalen Ramsey that is... I assume he will eventually be the same role as one of his idols Richard Sherman at RCB in a Cover 3 Zone scheme keeping House at LCB (what I Dont know is where Prince goes because he can play Nickel better than Aaron Colvin so I would have him there but heck he could even start at RCB until Jalen gets the system down..
Quote:ramsey belongs at SSNa james sample & Cyprien will fight for that role this year... maybe upgrade next year... Who knows maybe Myles Jack will be drafted in 2nd round for that role as he suggested in an interview once..
I think Ramsey did most of his damage near the line of scrimmage on blitzes. He's kinda of like a FS/SS hybrid. He can even play nickel. I'm not sold he is a true RCB but I hope he proves me wrong.

I think the additions of Ramsey and Gipson are going to make Cyp much, much better. Sergio Brown and Josh Evans were so bad at playing center field that Cyp frequently had to do it--and he is not a particularly rangy safety. With solid corners in House and Ramsey, the free safety will be more, ahem, free to play center field instead of doubling, which will let Cyp take over the Kam Chancellor role he was drafted for. Everybody wins.
Quote:CYP can hit? LOL not really.. He hits powerfully and tackles poorly.
You Gotta Be Able To Run Da' Rock~
Man it looks pretty nice on paper so far, lets keep building and of course lets prove it on the field.

Certainly no excuse for Cyprien now, he'll be playing with as talented of a backfield as any other SS.

But that same man can get lost in the sauce." Quote:CB1 Ramsey (feels good to say this) Seeing "SS Cyp" makes me cringe.
