When is Myles Jack expected to be able to play by?

#1

Or is that still an unknown based off his knee injury? Someone said if we draft him he might not be ready to play until 2017 but where did this news come from?

I'm just curious now. Obviously it depends on his knee but what is the projected date for him to play by with anyone? Week 1 or later?

Redshirt him would be ideal or risk injury again

I won't be happy until there's at minimum 10 Myles Jack threads on the front page.

Whoever said 2017 was probably getting confused with jaylon smith or it was just false information. From everything we've heard he should have no problem playing game one. The problem would be years from now. But that isn't from the team doctors as much as just speculation from sources that don't know all the information. If we draft him at 5 that means that we don't have any concern about his long term health. We will know soon.

Nobody said that about Jack. The 2017 timeline was regarding Jaylen Smith.

I am surprised anybody would get Myles Jack and Jaylon Smith mixed up. Smith tore two ligaments during the Fiesta Bowl. Jack tore a meniscus in September and withdrew from classes. It is pretty obvious which one will not play in 2016.

Thanks guys! The one that said that to me on Facebook was mistaken! I thought that sounded weird.

Jack and Fowler could be starting a Jaguar trend.

I bet 99% of people here who are shouting to draft jack never even watched him play a game on tv, they act like jack is the greatest ever lb coming out of collee. You guys are too busy watching UF, FSU games. And ucla is on the west coast, you guys are asleep.

Just move on from Jack. We aren't drafting him at 5. Not with the questions surrounding that knee.

Corky still on fire I see overstating the obvious...

Trust our doctors, that is what they are getting paid for.  It's possible a lot of the negativity was a smokescreen started by the mid-round teams that want him to fall so they can grab him.

Very well could be.

But it also could be those who have eliminated him because there are available picks rated just as high without any blemishes in the health department.

Certainly seems like a more exciting draft for us than last season, for sure.

Questions for who? For all we know Dave has all the info he needs and it's not a question.

As for when he'll be ready, it was a meniscus. He'll be fine for week 1 and most likely a full camp participant.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

We didn't draft Fowler intending on redshirting him.

But you knew that...soooo...?

If we draft Myles Jack in the first round, Bradley and Caldwell get fired at the end of the year.
