Who will be the best QB in the 2017 NFL Draft?

#1

Just a short post of who you all think the best QB will be in this draft. For me personally, I think Brad Kayaa out of Miami will be the best QB in this draft class. I would like to see all your opinions, cheers.

Just would like to say, none of these quarterbacks jump out on me. I'd like to say Brad Kayaa will be the best but he definitely has certain issues with his game.

Watson

As a rookie or for the long haul?

I think as a rookie most of these guys will struggle, via being on a bad team or just not really being "NFL ready"

I think Trubisky (barring being drafted by Cleveland) could have the better rookie season.

And I think Kaaya has the potential to be a really good QB for the long term.

Kizer is a wild card to me. If he is drafted by a team that can really sit him for a season or two. He could be special. But he has a lot of work to do. Maybe more than most.

I think Watson is gonna be RG3-ish. Drafted high and much expected but never quite hitting the mark.

I could be wrong though... as once upon a time I said "I think Luck will have a better rookie season, but RG3 has the better career"

whoops....

Gonna say Mahomes.  He's raw, but if he develops properly he has everything it takes to be a star.

Kaaya is probably the one id trust most to start right now

Chad Kelly would be the best in the class if he wasnt an idiot.

It will take a few years to actually show up IMO, but I'd put my money on Mahomes and Davis Webb.

Davis Webb or Alek Torgersen and I only see possible moderate success for them. They could fail as well. This is a terrible QB class.

I am not really high on any of them.

I think Watson probably has the best chance to be successful, but he is no sure-thing.

The one I don't get is Kizer. I would not take him before the third day.

I dont see how you think Trubisky will have the better rookie season when he has only played 13 games, I dont think any rookie QB with so few college starts have ever done well as rookies.

I also dont see how you compare Watson to RG3, Watson is a completely different player, I compare Watson to a poor mans Jamis Winston

If Kayaa is put in the right situation I think he could be very solid in the leauge. He's flying under the radar right now, if he falls late whatever team picks him up I think will have a steal.

I'm going to guess Nathan Peterman.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

It depends on where these guys end up being drafted.

My gut feeling is Watson.  The kid just has it.

Yea.  I think they should draft this guy.  I kind of feel like it's drafting Bortles again, but without the risk of disappearing mechanics.

Mahomes has the highest ceiling with his arm talent and accuracy.
