Fender benders are minor accidents, but can bring out the worse in some people.


Wifey and I was rear ended a few years back nothing major. We just thought to ask for the guy's insurance. He gets out cursing acting belligerent etc like we were in the wrong. Me and him exchanged a few words after he refused to give his insurance information. Thank goodness wifey calmed me down. Lucky I had my cell phone because I went to take a picture of his tag, then called the cops. Come to find out the guys registration and insurance was suspended and he was arrested.

Smith bumps Hayes vehicle then runs away. Then Hayes chased and rammed into the back of Smith's vehicle, hard enough to break the back glass and push Smiths SUV into another car in front of him,  then the shooting happened. Hayes fired 10 times, 2 hit his wife in the legs, 7 hit Smith in the back.

 

Supposedly the police have video of the shooting from a witness.

Don't think crime free will ever exist. But it's nice to leave the house and not worry about taking a weapon because I'm scared of driving around town like the two in this story. Completely unnecessary death over nothing of importance. Very sad.
