BMX star Dave Mirra found dead from apparent suicide at 41
 

 

 

 

Sad day for anyone who used to ride bikes.  I used to ride when I was younger and this guy is a legend in BMX.  The most X Games medals and one of if not the best to ever ride.

probably CTE i'd like to see his brain examined guy took a ton of huge falls throughout his career, amazing biker though even as a skateboarder he was impressive to watch

I would like to see his brain examined as well. I'm curious to see how the brains of other sports athletes look after years of playing there sport. I think it would be a good comparison and could add context to all the football players being found with CTE.
