Everyone who slots the Jaguars at 39 forgot or did not know the Patriots forfeited their first round pick as part of the punishment for Deflategate.

 

As expected, it was not easy to find the draft order past round 1. I finally found it on Draft Site, which has a mock for all 253 picks.
