East-West shrine game names to watch
|
Quote:1. Keenan Reynolds, RB, Navy: The FBS all-time career leader in touchdowns, rushing touchdowns, and rushing yards by a quarterback is making the official move to the running back spot for Shrine Game practices. Considering he ran twice as often as he threw as the Midshipmen's quarterback (977 rushes versus 462 passes), some could argue this isn't really a position change. He showed toughness and agility as a runner in the triple-option throughout his four years in Annapolis, but the Heisman candidate will have to show scouts he can find holes and take advantage of them in a pro-style offense. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000623096/article/top-10-most-intriguing-eastwest-shrine-game-prospects

Thanks for posting this!
I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.
Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

Mike Kaye throws a couple of names out there that we could have interest in as well.

Quote:Watched about 2 quarters. Ochi and Adams looked good. However, Daniel Jeremiah thinks Adams will be "in the CFL for 20 years", as he is small.Russell Wilson size. I wouldn't be surprised if Chip Kelly picks him up in the later rounds. Local kid, Oregon ties, fits the system, and will be available late.
New signature because HIGH SCORE found the periodic table offensive. Pathetic LOL
The little guys stood out the most: Ochi and Adams. No one else really caught my eye.

Quote:Ochi looks legit. Chase Goodbread wrote this about him: Quote:Sleeper no more? Mayock and Jeremiah were both high on the performance on Stony Brook DE Victor Ochi, who had a sack of Indiana QB Nate Sudfeld and made a nice shoestring tackle on Adams to prevent a scramble from being a long gainer. Anyone notice Anthony Harrell? He is a bit undersized (listed at 6'2, 227). However, he chased down a receiver from behind yesterday, a receiver who runs a legit 4.5. He did look stiff when he had to change direction. At least from what I could see on tv. He did nothing at UF last year but play special teams and their linebacker core isn't deep at all, but sometimes guys are better pros than collegiate athletes.
I missed the game yesterday(Funeral) any names I should look into? I see Ochi stood out, Adams as well but is that it?
