I love the hire and he was my top guy to replace Gus. It will be interesting to see if he can manage to turn that ship around.

Good hire for Cleveland. He knows Cincy's offensive personnel tendencies extremely well.


Cincy keeps losing these good coordinators to HC positions (Zimmer, Jackson, Gruden) and sticking with Lewis, instead of promoting from within. It's really strange IMO.
