<div> <div> <div>More </div> </div> </div> <p class="">Raiders RB Latavius Murray is scheduled to meet Monday with Jaguars and Tuesday with Seahawks; per source. <p class=""> <p class="">Thoughts?

He's a physical freak with a lot of gifts. Great Speed, Great Size, Great Hands. I think he has poor vision and ball security issues but Coughlin fixed Tiki Barber too.
My honest take is that the Raiders did not use him the right way. I like the guy and if we land him, our draft situation gets real interesting. BAP i think. So much UCF love if we get him btw.
Calling Deshawn Watson a future bust since 3/19/17. If I eat crow, I will keep this in here and proclaim JackCity a genius.
Tom like his big backs, and Latavius is big and extremely athletic. I'd give him 10 mil a year if it meant we don't go RB at 4.
He isnt good and ran behind a regularly good raiders line and was still unspectacular.

Wow, wouldn't be disappointed with him at all. I think he makes the Jaguars' running game relevant again. We are looking at filling every hole pre-draft. And now the draft is not about patching holes, but improving on what we already have.
Positions are being fortified. How about a premium TE now in the draft. OJ Soward? Quote:Tom like his big backs, and Latavius is big and extremely athletic. Not ideal at 4 but if we sign latavius I'd feel more comfortable trading down.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

If we hire Murray, I can see us picking one of the top defensive players at 4, then offensive line with our second round pick. I think it would take Fournette out of the picture.
From everything I am watching via highlights. Seams to be real good at the goalline. Jumping over pile. Which we have had issues with in past. I am not sure a three down back though. Maybe would open the door to cook. Being Murray is the bruiser. And cook is very elusive.
If that is the case. All for signing Murray.

As long as we still draft a RB, I'm fine with him. Signing him would probably mean the end of Yeldon and I'm all for that. He'd be a huge upgrade over T.J.

Quote:Higly doubtful with scheduled to be in seattle as well. I don't understand Seattle wanting another RB. I know Rawls is hurt a lot, but they spent a 3rd rounder on C.J. Procise. In his limited carries, I was extremely impressed. If they don't want him, I'd gladly take him. |
