I mean, he definitely knows how to evaluate talent. He could be a good GM, but yeah

As a prognosticator his misses seem to be forgotten rather quickly. As a GM there are no mulligans. He would fail miserably IMO.

This is largely to do with his work as a media head. Once he can build a draft plan, he might not be terrible.

I hope not, I like listening to him and he's one of the few guys on tv-nfl network that respects our team and doesn't always talk us down.
