He has a ton of pass rush ability but obviously the character red flag is there and I've seen him penalized so much...roughing the passer, offsides...etc

Our defensive ends suck, we have no pass rush and the season is a lost cause anyway. Put in a claim, and if you get him, you get him. If you don't, you don't. No harm in taking a look at a guy who was highly-rated coming into a draft a couple years ago.

He's clearly immature but honestly, it is kind of a jerk move taking way more than your fair share. I don't know, maybe it's my upbringing, but when I see fat and happy individuals raiding the proverbial cookie jar, it kind of irks me. And isn't Jenkins supposed to be one of the veteran leaders on that team? 

 

I'd sign Moore. He'll still be on his rookie deal, so he's cheap. Keep an eye on him and ask trusted veterans like Poz to keep watch as well. He messes up, let him go. Not much downside.
