How can Bortles grow listening to a guy like Chad Henne? Most of our elite qbs had someone decent in their ear to help them grow, Bortles just has Henne.

Notice how Bortles throw the same int every week... At some point u have to learn from these turnovers and Henne is no one to learn from.
