Pass rusher in the second round?

#1

Let's imagine we don't go for a pass rusher in the first round.

Who is likely to be available at the top of the second for us?

Harris? McKinley maybe? Watt? Reddick?

If Tim Williams slid down to our 2nd round pick that would be a nice value.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

In round two I doubt we're finding a pass rusher who can beat out Fowler... unless maybe someone seriously falls... so I'd rather stick with Fowler at DE and go a different direction with so many attractive second round options.

TJ Watt but it's doubtful he's there now.

Derek Rivers if he somehow is there

Charles Harris all day, Derek Rivers is my second favorite day 2 pass rusher. I doubt Takk makes it out of the first even with his surgery coming up. I'm not too high on Lawson I bet he slides.

Charles Harris was an interesting juxtaposition today. Quite possible the very worst DL athletic performance of the day, yet I saw at least two day 3 combine winners list that had him on it because he looked so smooth and natural in the drills.

Dang I didn't know he was being discussed as a day 3 guy. That 3 cone was definitely rough. From the cut ups I watched he looks like a day 2 guy. He's somewhat new to football and I think getting him with the right coaching staff could pay huge dividends.
