Jags should trade AR15 to New England.

Quote:orrrrr keep talent you have and use it while you have it....One injury could change the dynamics of the WR corps and then instead of a strength it becomes a weakness...IF things go better this year, he just might want to stay... Who cares if he wants to stay or not use him while ya got him and then trade or [BAD WORD REMOVED] can him...It will be up to him to prove his worth to the league
What if AR gets hurt again? It's already happened. Get something for him now.

I want Allen Robinson to be a Jaguar for his entire career and I don't give a damn about his complaining - nor do I blame him for showing frustration during Blake's meltdown last season.

He'll be fine.

Draft John Ross.

I have to think John Ross is going much earlier now.

Exactly. ARob is worth keeping despite what the few known trolls on our board are saying.

well then I guess we should never keep anyone because they might get hurt? Lets go ahead and get rid of last years draft class now just in case they get hurt next year, then trade away those players because we dont want them to get hurt...In  fact lets just trade every player we ever get to sign a contract as soon as they start their 2nd or 3rd year...We should never ever keep a player more than 3 years in case he gets hurt

I don't think it is trolling, a very valid point is being made. Of course he is "worth keeping" that's not the point. ARob is the best WR we have had since J Smooth. The point is ARob is made it perfectly clear with his effort, body language and public comments that he is not happy with the Jaguars organization. So now the question is if ARob plans on bailing at the first opportunity, why not try to recoup some of his value via trade?

Him being mad a few months ago doesnt mean hes decided hes not going to re sign a year from now, speculating based on that is pretty asinine.

Because the team values his play in 2017 more than what they'd get by dealing him.

And no one knows squat about him "bailing."  That's just speculation.

If this is a contract year for him, he should be playing at the highest level he can to audition for 31 other teams...If he wants out, he would want to showcase his talents every week for the entire league to see

Also faulting Arob for his effort when his QB is Blake Bortles feels wrong

If I had to catch passes from that guy id probably hide in the pools until the game is over

Interesting debate.  Robinson is the only true number 1 WR talent today on the roster.  However, he only has 1 year left on his contract and may not choose to stay.   Assuming extending him or franchise tagging him is not desirable during the season or at year's end, then trading him now may be a good value play.  But, only a good value play for this floundering offense if you can replace him with another WR with number 1 traits.  Does it make sense for the Jags go after and pay a ransom for a WR like Alshon Jeffery, for the value received of an additional late round pick?  Possibly.  As draft picks are seemingly only 50/50 successful, I would not trade him, a proven WR1, to then just use the received pick to gamble on a WR pick to hopefully replace him.

So tell your boy A-Rob to quit or do us a big favor and root for another team because it's clear you don't like this one.

Me not thinking Blake is good at football or any other problems i have with this team doesnt mean i dont like our team.

Wouldn't happen. Patriot receivers are quick and shifty, and run multiple routes. Ar15 only main route is run down the sidelines and catch jump balls

I was responding to someone who used the argument that someone could get injured and I retorted that AR could get injured as well. If your going to have a bent response at least know the context of what I said you dunce.

Are you serious 02? I thought you were smarter than that. I'm not trolling. New England is shopping for a wr and we have one that isn't happy. How in the hell is that trolling material? Some of you are soft as charmin.
