Only 9 teams have less than 20 million in cap room. Over 20 teams have 30+ million in cap room. Almost every team can pay as much as they want for whoever they want. 

 

If it comes down to splitting hairs between multiple teams, which it looks like it might, having the NFLPA and multiple agents not thrilled with us can't be the best. 

 

It's not going to be the top factor, it will probably be near the bottom of factors, but when it's as competitive as this FA period is going to be it might matter.
