That you can't find it typically with 3rd/4th/5th round guys (or maybe he said 4th/5th/6th). They want a FS who can cover sideline to sideline, but some safeties don't have the speed for that. So he said you look at corners (who have the speed and cover ability), but problem with most corners is they can't tackle. 

 

Ramsey is all that and more.

 

If Fowler (or a FA) can provide the pass rush, and Marks comes back healthy to provide inside penetration, a player like Ramsey will change this defense because of the things he can do.
