"After careful consideration of what is in the best interest of the university and our student-athletes, I have made the decision to terminate Steve Sarkisian, effective immediately," USC athletic director Pat Haden said in a statement.

 

Sarkisian's "personal life" was cited in the statement. Duh. OC/QB coach Clay Helton to take over as interim HC.

According to NFL.com, Sarkisian's medical issue was getting into illegal drugs.

Gotta admit the F Oregon and F Notre Dame speech he gave at the pep rally was Classic !!

 

Sounds more like coke than just some meds.   just sayin'

 

Probably explains why he's also currently going through a divorce.   just sayin'

I just checked www.monster.com and the 2016 USC Head Coaching job hasn't been posted yet.

 

I'm gonna keep my eye out for it.  I'm getting a little bored with my work.

No he's not. Gus Bradley is only thinking about his current job. So far I have not heard anyone say he is on the hot seat this season except a few morons with jaguars.com accounts.

You must not read jaguars.com much, particularly the last couple of articles by Oehser which very strongly imply that Bradley's seat is warming up quickly.
