I would like to talk about Mr. Jones. I feel like no one does but he is very good at his position. He is a great run stuffer and gets pressure as well.

That is all I have to say.

I feel like Jones is exactly what you see. He's a backup Defensive Lineman who is capable of rotating with a Starter-caliber player and holding his own. I think he can be a decent player with a decent career, but I see no explosiveness to his game.

Seeing as how he was an UDFA pickup, I'm satisfied with his production relative to the cost of his acquisition.

I'm trying to make myself more informed and less opinionated.

Stop saying whatever stupid thing you're talking about and pay attention to all the interesting things I have to say!

He is one of the guys I would like to see more on the field.

Maybe this coaching staff should give their chance to guys like

-Bernard Pierce

-Chris Smith

-Armbrister

-Thompson

-Walters

What is the risk ? Another loss ? Who cares now.

Armbrister, Thompson and Walters have been getting alot of playing time.

Chris Smith did the first few games and did not really do anything.

Week 5... and still no improvement at all !

So yes, for me, season is done.

Feel free to hope for huge improvements and many wins. But I'm tired to hope.

And with that, your last little bit of football credentials has left the building.

Week 5 hasn't even happened yet.

We have 3 losses in a 16 game season. If you think that means the season is over, then I agree with the sentiment that you aren't very bright.

Wins or losses is not a problem. The way this team is playing is a huge concern.

Btw, I really don't care what some people on the internet think about me.

The team probably played their most complete game against Indy and went to OT against a team that's owned us for years and went to the AFC championship game last year... back up qb or not, the Jags outplayed them in every way except killer penalties which killed us. We beat ourselves. We haven't been outclassed all season except the NE game which was expected. It's not like we just lost 41-10 against the Skins again...

And? They scored one TD on a drive that included five penalties.

It was not Hasselback or the defense that was the problem.

We got beat by a 40 year old QB and 32 year old RB.  There's no defending that.  Just call it what it is and stop trying to spin it.
