Sucks to lose one of the best tackling machines we have. I know plenty of folks hate him but he does do a lot of good. Never fun to lose a player for any amount of time either.

Are you blind? Poz is one of our best players and the defensive captain. Of course it matters. And yes, we will improve with him on the field.
