         Power Rankings

                                          Week 4

1.)  New England Patriots (3-0) Tom Brady is lethal.

2.)  Green Bay Packers (3-0) Destroyed Chiefs on MNF but let them attempt a comeback

3.)  Denver Broncos (3-0) Leads the NFL in Defense not Offense but has Peyton still

4.)  Seattle SeaHawks (1-2) Better team with their SS back they shutout the Bears.

5.)  Arizona Cardinals (3-0) Highest Net Points and more PF than the Patriots so far.

6.)  Buffalo Bills (2-1) Only loss to Patriots which was close at the end, Rex is a good HC.

7.)  Atlanta Falcons (3-0) Under rated team proves a great HC can change things around quickly.

8.)  NY Jets (2-1) Tood Bowles did a good job at the start of the season by benching Geno Smith.

9.)  Cincinnati Bengals (3-0) They will fall apart gingerly towards the bottom soon.

10.)  Philadelphia Eagles (1-2) Chip Kelly said he woudld review the offense and then pulled off a win.

11.)  Pittsburgh Steelers (2-1) Would be higher but Big Ben's injury & out for a few weeks has them down.

12.)  Dallas Cowboys (2-1) Tony Romo & star WR both injured isnt good news for the team.

13.)  Oakland Raiders (2-1) Jack Del Rio turned this team around after a bad defeat last week.

14.)  Carolina Panthers (3-0) Only defeated jaguars, texans, Saints all bad teams need to prove record.

15.)  Minnesota Vikings (2-1) Give it to AP dummy.

16.)  St Louis Rams (1-2) Could they have beaten the SeaHawks if they played them now, probably not.

17.)  KC Chiefs (1-2) Need to get that offense fighting early on.

18.)  Jacksonville Jaguars (1-2) Defeated Dolphins, Lost to 3-0 Panthers & Patriots getting injured players back.

19.)  Miami Dolphins (1-2) Blown out by Bills but still a good team with Suh, and above average CB & QB.

20.)  Indianpolis Colts (1-2) Luck might change going against the leagues worst team in turnovers (INT) Jaguars.

21.)  SanDiego Chargers (1-2) Slow start but things will get right with them again.

22.)  Tennesse Titans (1-2) Mariota wasnt at fault for the two games and things will turn around for them.

23.)  Houston Texans (1-2) Only win against the Bucs despite having JJ Watt & Clowney on the team.

24.)  NY Giants (1-2) Coughlin will right the ship with Eli, losing JPP hurt them.

25.)  Cleveland Browns (1-2) Why arent they starting Johnny Football?

26.)  San Fran 49ers (1-2) Should they go ahead and call Michigan now with an appology for their HC?

27.)  Baltimore Ravens (0-3) Lost of SUggs shocked the team beyond what most had thought.

28.)  Washington Redskins (1-2) Why is RG3 listed as #3 on the depth chart? Yikes.

29.)  Detroit Lions (0-3) Biggest shock to me after watching them in PreSeason.

30.)  Tampa Bay Bucs (1-2) How did they ever pull off a win?

31.)  New Orleans Saints (0-3) What happened to this team?

32.)  Chicago Bears (0-3) Negative 59 points and without Cutler, now traded away their pass rush.

Titans at 20 and Jaguars at 30???

Jaguars should be nestled in a group with:

Browns

Bucs

Skins

Dolphins

Jags

Put these teams in any order, and it works out right. All these teams are roughly the same (and that's not good).

This Group is just below 49ers, Texans, and Titans (who aren't much better).

And this group is just above the Saints and Bears (who are worse buy not by miles).

So:

23. Texans

24. Titans

25. 49ers

(Tied for 26-30)

Browns

Bucs

Skins

Dolphins

Jags

31. Saints

32. Bears

Jaguars anywhere other than the bottom 5 is disingenuous.  I live my life through teal colored glasses, but I don't know about these rankings.

I tend to agree with you.

If those teams all played each other a few times,, the results would be split I believe.

Yeah, Miami does not look good (Tannehill has looked bad except against the Jags). Their coaching, time management, and costly penalties are all ridiculous. Even still, I think the Jags were very lucky to pull that one off. They scored a total 3 points in the 2nd half and squeaked it out.

As bad as New Orleans has looked so far (they actually played Arizona and Carolina very close), idk if the Jags could beat them.

The Miami game was no fluke. That was a hard-fough, well-deserved win.

I can see what you're saying here, although the Lions and Rams at best should be ranked near where you have 49ers.

I'll give the Ravens a pass for being 0-3 because they so easily could have won any or all of their games. All three were lost by the closest of margins. I'm picking them to beat the Steelers tonight.

Why are niners so high? They're awful.

The Saints and 49ers would both beat us by 20 points.

We can only beat the Bears, Bucs, and Redskins....on our BEST day.

The Raiders would beat us by 20 also.

Our defense sucks and our offense don't have any playmakers that scare anybody.

I can probably lower them a bit. At the time when I ranked them so high I was taking into account how they utterly dominated the Vikings week one. Seeing how the Vikings just crushed the Chargers, I figured I should put the Niners just over the Chargers. I know they just lost huge, but it was to a team I have ranked #2 overall. This week they face the Packers and that's likely to get ugly too, so I imagine I'll be lowering them next week.

That's a fair point, I must admit I'd slightly forgotten how much they crushed the Vikings, I just don't see what talent they have, Hyde looks good but is behind an awful line which is woeful for protection. Bowman looks good as always but I don't see anything on offense aside from Hyde for them. Defense is kinda meh, don't be suprised if they're picking higher than us this year especially considering their division.
