This might be a bad idea for the city of Jacksonville Florida.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

This 4 year plan sure is taking forever.

Kinda like trying to chisel a hole through a mountain.

Can someone explain to us why Tom Myslinski, former player, is the strength and conditioning coach rather than a trained doctor or physical conditioning specialist? Good grief.

He has a master's degree in exercise physiology and is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association, so he a trained physical conditioning specialist.

Fire Gus at the Bye.  Give Marrone the reigns.  Seek offensive minded HC that has legit experience.  No up and comers, please.

If Gus doesn't win 6, I'd get rid of him. Caldwell has, IMO, drafted well enough to get another year. Problem is, we aren't going to be able to attract a good HC candidate unless Caldwell Is Cut too.

Biggest issue under Gus, other than the win-loss record, is the lack of player development. So many mistakes each and every game. Gus hasn't been in too many situations where he could develop as a good Gameday coach, but then again, I haven't seen any flashes that he'd be able to do it.

Maybe Parcells or Ditka? They have track records, most others will be up and comers or a failed coach for another team.

You people are stupid This team is not at full strength we are only 3 games in and you idiots want to fire everyone.News Flash everyone in our Division will get beat by New England

Wait till JT comes back and Marks and Branch this team is leaps and bounds  better than last years team if you can not see that then you are stupid.

JT will open up a lot of options on offense his presence on the field alone will make this team better. This team is on the rise just be patient and stop freaking out and give this team a chance. We all knew this team this year was not going to be a juggernaut. Give it time we will let the players play and let the coaches coach. There are great things going for this team

1995-2010 under Wayne Weaver the Jaguars were 133-123. Since Weaver agreed to sell the team to Khan in 2011 the Jaguars are 15-52.

Not to mention Fulham has been relegated to a mediocre minor league team under his watch.

The Jaguars were a disaster at the end of Weaver's tenure on the field and they were losing money off of it.

Mike Smith comes to mind as a possible candidate. . Although he's not really head coach material.

Will everyone in our division be blown out by the Pats? Will everyone in our division give up a franchise record number of points to the Pats?

Julius Thomas will improve the offense, but one player shouldn't matter that much unless he's the QB. And that doesn't explain the failure of the run game. NE's run defense stinks. Pittsburgh ran for 134 yards against NE without Le'Veon Bell. Buffalo put up 160. Both team's RBs averaged about 6 yards per carry. Yeldon had 33 yards on 11 carries, Gerhart 3 for 10. With even a halfway competent Jags running game NE wouldn't have had time to score 51.
