Patriots 35, Jaguars 17

I think we make some good plays but overall Patriots will smoke us. We have a much better chance against the Colts in Week 4

We made Tannehill look like Brady at times. What will Brady look like against us? 49-24 Patriots, and I'll be glad to be proved wrong.

I love my Jags but 49-10 Patriots. They're unstoppable right now.

31-24 Patriots! I don't think there is a slight chance we have a shot but since they have bad defense and we don't, we lose by a TD.

I'm going to wait and see how the health of our secondary is looking...

But early signs are point to a high scoring affair for at least one team...

I'm actually glad the Jags are playing an opponent with the Pats' caliber and reputation right after a game like yesterday.

At least the Jags know not to let their guard down and let this win go to their heads. How many times have the Jags won a grind out game in the past, only to lose to a mediocre team the following week. Especially back in the Del Rio era

We always seem to play better when everyone is expecting us to get blown out.

Exactly. If we were playing the Texans we would lose in spectacular fashion

10-10, tied at half... and then the Patriots blow up in the second half. 34-10 would be my final prediction. I hope we are competitive the entire game and make that stadium go silent a few times. I have my doubts though. Belichek will take away Allen Robinson, so Lee, Hurns, Greene, and Lewis will need to step up. And then there's the fact that the Patriots will throw some unorthodox defensive looks at Bortles and force him into mistakes. If we can get the running game going, we could keep it close. We need to win the turnover battle and time of possession to have a shot at staying in the game.

I'd have to go 35-17 Pats. I just think there are way too many mismatches with our defense vs. Gronk/Edelman/Lewis. I expect us to put up a good fight for the most part and probably a solid day from Bortles as well.

I think we give them a rough outing Brady Beats us in the final 2 mins

I do not expect us to get blown out. They have some big holes in there D They are beatable

Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."
